Volunteering at the YCMS during my senior semester at USF opened experiences and doors I did not think would open. For example, I had lovely conversations and gained trust with the staff, who guided me into expanding my business skills and developing my museum experience. They also motivated me to persevere through the difficult moments in my life. Lastly, the YCMS opened doors for me to use my business and recent USF history degree skills to benefit new companies opening in the Florida region.
