Ybor City's rich heritage and history attract
over 40,000 visitors yearly and volunteers help
us share the City's history with them. These
dedicated volunteers have contributed thousands
of hours to the Musuem State Park and the Society.
Volunteers
help the Museum by:
- providing tours of the Museum
and La Casita (a circa 1895 restored cigar
worker's house)
- staffing the Museum Store
- participating
in yearly fundrasing events and exhibition
receptions
- cataloguing the
Society's artifacts
- providing administrative
support
- joining the various Board of Director
committees:
