The Ybor City Museum Society is continually seeking
to add quality members to its board. If you are interested
in serving as a volunteer board member, please complete
the Board Volunteer Application and either mail or
fax to the Ybor City Museum Society.
Currently the board is actively recruiting in the
following areas:
• Fundraising
• Historic Preservation and Architecture
• Financial Planning and Management
As a volunteer board member, you have many opportunities
to contribute. Below are just a few examples of the
projects the Society is involved with:
• Long-term planning and visioning
• Events (Tampa Cigar Heritage Festival, Legacy Awards Brunch, and more)
• Rotating exhibits and programs
• Museum facility improvements
